"I related to Andrea's struggle with an eating disorder in college. I'm glad that the hosts have had their own share of battles like the rest of us! I'm a recovering anorexic and Jennifer's story helped me. I'm ordering her book today!"
Keeping the Faith is a lively half-hour discussion program for women. Sometimes described as a Christian “View-type” program, the co-hosts delve into topics that matter most to today’s woman. Host Connie Jeffery leads the discussion with the other co-hosts – Andrea Judd, Gayle Murphy, and medical expert Dr. Diana Broomfield, and the special guests for each episode. Covering topics from infertility to purity and self image; from dangers of the Internet for children to grief and happy marriage – the women explore ways to keep the faith even in the midst of some of life’s greatest challenges.
Keeping the Faith was just an idea back in 2004 when Connie, with good friends Walter Arties (founder of the Breath of Life television ministry) and Donna Webb from the Faith For Today television ministry talked about a program that would deal with issues that women were sometimes afraid to talk about. Was there a way to produce a quality television show that women (and men) would watch? One that would inspire and encourage and enlighten? A program that would help women to keep their own faith vibrant and alive? They thought so! In 2006 a pilot program on Forgiveness was produced and the “green light” was given to produce a first season of 14 programs. Plans are being made to produce another season of programs.
